Donnisia Tibbs is a resident of Huntsville, Alabama. She attended JO Johnson High School, studied business administration at Calhoun Community College and psychology at Oakwood University, is a mom of three and is employed as a Scheduler supporting PEO Aviation on Redstone Arsenal. Donnisia is the owner of Heavenly Engagements Event Planning and Decor, and founder of The Little Black Dress dinner series.
